1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Incorrect Product Delivery: The product delivered does not match the ordered item.
- Damaged Product: The product arrives with visible damage or defects.
1.2 Return Conditions
- Submit a return request within 5 hours of delivery.
- Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue via the Platform or to our support team.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

2. Cancellations
2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before acceptance by Fashion ZO.
- Once an order is accepted, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations

- In such cases, customers will receive a full refund within the stipulated time.
3. Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
3.2 Refund Method
- All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on the bank/payment provider’s processing time.
